摘要
目的 通过手术室人力资源的调查,分析手术室人力资源的配置结构,以合理分配、利用人力资源。方法 采用回顾性的调查方法,对1999~2003年各职称人员工作量的数据进行统计学处理与分析。结果 主管护师工作量变化无显著性差异,护师工作量减少,护士工作量增加。结论 手术室应建立科学的用人机制,实现对手术室人力资源合理配置。
Objective To analyze the standard staff allocation so as to rationally allot and use the human resources in operation room via survey of human resources in operation room. Methods Retrospective investigation was performed in hospital. The workload data of staff with different titles of technical position in the past five years(1999-2003) were statistically treated and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the changes of workload of the chief nurses. The working time of senior nurses was decreased, but the working time of junior nurses was increased. Conclusions The scientific personnel mechanism should be configured, thus achieving the rational allocation of human resources in the operation room.
