摘要 目的研究乳腺肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学二步法,检测VEGF与PCNA在30例良性乳腺疾病和67例乳腺癌组织中的表达,并与临床病理因素进行相关性分析。结果VEGF在良性乳腺疾病和乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率分别为16.7%(5/30)和56.7%(38/67)。乳腺癌组织中VEGF的表达与患者年龄无关,与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移、临床分期及c-erbB-2的表达相关(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中VEGF的表达与PCNA的表达密切相关(P<0.05)。结论VEGF的表达与乳腺癌的侵袭和转移能力有关,可作为评估乳腺癌预后的一项指标。在乳腺癌的发生、发展中VEGF与PCNA之间可能存在着协同作用。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in breast tumor. Methods The expression of VEGF and PCNA in benign breast disease and breast cancer were assessed by immunohistocbemistry, and their correlation with clinicopathological factors were analyzed by statistics. Results The positive rates of VEGF in benign breast disease and breast cancer were 16.7% (5/30) and 56.7% (38/67) respectively. There was no relationship between the expression of VEGF and age in breast cancer, while there was relationship between the expression of VEGF and the tumor size, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, and the expression of c - erbB - 2 ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of VEGF closely correlated with expression of PCNA in breast cancer (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The expression of VEGF is relative to ability of invasion and metastasis in breast cancer, which can evaluate prognosis of breast cancer. VEGF and PCNA may play the cooperative roles in the occurrence and progress of breast cancer.
