摘要
潜艇结构内广泛存在复杂分布的焊接残余应力,对焊接结构表面裂纹的扩展有很大的影响.利用权函数方法,结合Newman-Raju提出的表面裂纹在压弯组合应力下的经验公式,计算表面裂纹焊接残余应力的应力强度因子;并利用K相似原理,把表面裂纹问题转换为中心贯穿裂纹问题;利用Newman裂纹闭合模型模拟裂纹扩展,研究残余应力场内的裂纹闭合现象,并实现残余应力场内的裂纹扩展研究.该方法也可以用于随机载荷下残余应力场内裂纹扩展研究.
The residual stress of welding, which has great effect on fatigue crack growth, widely exists in submarine structures. A method is proposed to calculate crack growth in residual stress under random loads. Using the Newman-Raju experience formulation for surface crack under pressure and bending stress, weight function was adopted to calculate the stress intensity factors of welding residual stress. Then the K resemble theory was used to translate the surface crack to middle through crack. Crack closure in the residual stress field was studied by the Newman crack closure model.
