摘要
以新的高强度钢潜艇锥柱过渡结构为对象 ,分析了该潜艇结构疲劳热点处的应力及焊接残余应力 ,这种焊接结构的焊接残余应力为横向最大值 0 .3σs,纵向最大残余应力 0 .3 5σs.计及残余应力影响 ,用局部应力应变法对该潜艇结构的疲劳裂纹形成寿命进行了计算 ,结果表明该潜艇结构在给定条件下不会萌生疲劳裂纹 .
The stress due to outer pressure and welding residual stress distribution of fatigue hot spots of the cone_cylinder structure of submarine manufactured with new high strength steel were analyzed.In this type of welding structure,the maximum of longitudinal welding residual stress is 0.35σ s,the maximum of hoop welding residual stress is 0.3σ s.Accounting the influence of the residual stress,the fatigue crack initiation life was calculated with the local stress_strain method.It shows that the fatigue crack initiation of the structure under given service conditions does not occur.
