点式锻压激光快速成形TC4钛合金叶片的组织与性能研究

Study on Microstructure and Properties of TC4 Titanium Alloy Blade Formed by Spot Forging Laser Rapid Prototyping

摘要 为了提高激光快速成形TC4钛合金叶片的性能,采用点式锻压激光快速成形制备了TC4钛合金叶片试件,测试了试样的显微组织、耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能,并与常规激光快速成形试样进行了对比。结果表明:与常规激光快速成形叶片相比,点式锻压激光快速成形叶片的室温磨损体积减小幅度达43.9%,在5wt%氯化钠水溶液中的腐蚀电位正移幅度达到10.9%;点式锻压激光快速成形能细化叶片晶粒,避免出现孔洞缺陷,提高了叶片的耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能。 In order to improve the performance of laser rapid prototyping TC4 titanium alloy blades,the TC4 titanium alloy blade test prepared by spot forging laser rapid prototyping.The microstructure,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of specimens were explored,and compared with those of conventional laser rapid prototyping samples.The results show that compared with those of the conventional laser rapid forming,the room temperature wear volume of the point forging laser rapid forming blade is reduced by 43.9%,the positive shift amplitude of corrosion potential in 5wt%sodium chloride aqueous solution reaches 10.9%.The spot forging laser rapid prototyping can refine the blade grains,avoid hole defects,and improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the blade.
