摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定酮咯酸氨丁三醇胶囊含量及含量均匀度。方法采用Hypersil ODS C18为分析柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（55：44：1），流速为1．0mL·min^-1。检测波长249m。结果酮咯酸氨丁三醇线性范围为0．1278～0．7608mg·mL^-1，r=0．9998，回收率为99．3％，RSD为0．24％。结论该方法简便，准确，专属性强，可用于该胶囊质量控制研究。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for the content and content uniformity of ketorolac tromethamine capsules. METHODS The chromatographic system consisted of Hypersil ODS C18 column, with the mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid （55 ： 44 ： 1） and flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, at a detection wavelength of 249 nm. RESULTS The linear range of ketorolac tromethamine was 0. 127 8～0. 760 8 mg·mL^-1, r=0. 999 8; the average recovery and RSD were 99.3% and 0.24%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS This method is simple, accurate and specific for the determination of ketorolac tromethamine capsules, which meets the request of quality standard of the preparation.
