摘要
多糖有控制血糖,降胆固醇,降血脂等生理功能。本实验采用乙醇脱脂法制得番石榴叶、番薯叶粗多糖的提取得率分别为15.3%、9.7%。采用苯酚-硫酸光度法测定多糖的含量,番石榴叶、番薯叶中多糖的含量分别为10.94%、5.70%,为番石榴叶、番薯叶综合利用提供一定的理论依据。
Polysaccharide has many physiological functions such as controlling blood sugar, reducing blood fat and cholesterol. The test extract polysaccharides of Psidium guajava leaves by ethanol degreasing method.The extraction rate of polysaccharide is 15.3%, 9.7%. The contents of polysaccharide in sweet potato leaves and Psidium guajava leaves was determined (were assayed) by Phenol-Vitriolic (with phenol-H2SO4 colorimetry). The content of polysaccharide is 5.70%. So it has market prospect to develop sweet potato leaves as a kind of functionality and nourishing food.
