摘要
采用工业生产茶多酚装置,研究有机溶剂提取法生产茶多酚时的提取溶剂和去杂溶剂,比较不同提取溶剂-去杂萃取剂-乙酸乙酯系统生产的茶多酚品质和生产特点,研究结果对不同用途的茶多酚生产具有指导意义。
The different extraction solvents on the production of tea polyphenols （TP） by industrial devices were studied, and the key processing characters and the qualities of TP produced by different extraction solvents-ethyl acetate systems were compared. The research results are significant for producing tea polyphenols with various applications.
