摘要
本文采用水提取-聚酰胺小柱纯化去杂方法制备供试品溶液,以C18柱作为色谱柱,乙晴—水(27:73)为流动相,检测波长为270nm,按外标法进行检测。方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为中成药中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。
The sample was prepared by water extrction——purification through polyamide column. The determination was carried out on C18 ODS column with mobile phase of acetonirile ——water(27:73),and detection wavelength at 270nm according to the exteral standard method. Themethod is simple, accurate, reprogucible and can be used for content determination of icariin of Chinese traditional medicine.
