摘要
研究了不同温度和光照条件下地黄种子开始发芽所需的天数、发芽天数、发芽率和发芽势,同时研究了低温(11±2℃)冷藏和室温保存对种子活力的影响。结果表明:温度对地黄种子开始发芽所需的天数起决定性作用,而光照条件对其没有影响;发芽天数、发芽率和发芽势则与温度和光照条件显著或极显著相关,在27±2℃、室内散光条件下,地黄种子的发芽天数最短,发芽率和发芽势最高;低温(11±2℃)冷藏保存地黄种子4年后,种子活力没有明显降低;而室温贮存地黄种子只能使种子活力维持一年,第二年就显著下降。
In this paper, the germination indexes of rehmannia seeds under different temperature and light intensity, as well as the effect of different storage temperature on seed vigor were studied. The results showed:temperature and light were all important on the seed germination, which could affect the germination speed, percentage and the germination potential, etc greatly. Among all the conditions, the seeds had the highest germination percentage and potential under the temperature of 27± 2℃ with light. Different storing temperature also affected the seeds' vigor greatly. When the seeds stored under the low temperature (11 ±2℃ ), the storage limit may extend significantly and the germination potential could keep about the same with the original. But stored under room temperature, they could be kept for only one year effectively, and their germination potential decreased rapidly since the second year.
