摘要
种子劣变是种子内部一系列生理生化反应的结果。主要表现在:细胞膜完整性的丧失和脂质过氧化程度的加深,各种酶类活性的降低,呼吸协调的不断破坏,种产内蛋白质、脂肪等贮藏物质的变化以及赤霉素。
Seed deterioration is the result of a series of physiological and biochemical affection. It is shown in such aspects as the loss of cell membranes and increasing of the membranes lipid peroxidation, the decline of enzyme activity, constant damage of breath harmony, variation of the storage of the protein, fat, and the hormone content in seed.
