摘要
对常温、0℃和-18℃3种温度条件下密闭贮藏期间及4年后棉花毛子和包衣子的发芽率、发芽势、新鲜不发芽种子的百分率等进行了分析比较。结果表明,4年的贮藏期间,温度单因素对包衣子的发芽率和发芽势及毛子的发芽率变化影响不显著,对毛子的发芽势的变化影响显著,对二者的休眠率变化影响极显著;温度和年限交互作用对毛子和包衣子发芽率和休眠影响显著,温度显著影响了棉种4年内发芽率和发芽势增长和休眠解除的时间,低温显著减缓棉种休眠的解除,延缓了劣变的发生;4年后,常温下毛子和包衣子已经劣变;-18℃冻藏则使棉种最大程度地保持了休眠的状态;0℃种质库贮藏毛子和包衣子各指标均优于另外两种条件。
