摘要
成人教育，是我国教育事业的重要组成部分，担负着为社会主义经济建设培养各级各类专门人才的历史重任。成人教育管理干部的素质和管理水平，直接影响成人教育的办学质量和成人教育事业的发展。本文针对目前成教管理队伍的现状和存在的一些问题，论述了成教管理干部素质的培养与提高的必要性和一些具体措施。
Aeult education, as one of the important pans in our country's educational cause.takes on heavy responsibilities of nurturing various kinds and levels of talents for the socialist economical construction. The standardand the quality of the administrative cardres in adult education influnce directly the quality ofrunning schools in adult education and the development of the adult educationaal cause. In this sense, the staff engaging in management of adult education should have better art of administration. The article discusses the necessity and some concrete methods and measures in nurturing and enhancing the quality of the administative cadres engaging in adult education. directed agaist the present state and existing problems in the staff of the adult education.
