摘要
目的观察槐耳颗粒对晚期原发性肝癌的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法晚期原发性肝癌、放弃其它抗肿瘤治疗者35例,口服槐耳颗粒,1个月为1疗程,连服3-5疗程;另选出不做任何抗肿瘤治疗原发性肝癌患者31例为对照组。观察治疗前后肝区疼痛、腹胀、黄疸、血常规、血小板、肝肾功能、AFP、CEA变化情况、肝CT及B超,Karnofsky评分,生存期等,用以评价疗效。结果两组生存期无显著差异,肝区疼痛、腹胀、黄疸、KPS评分较对照组有显著差异,其余指标无统计学意义。结论槐耳颗粒可明显改善晚期原发性肝癌患者症状,提高生存质量,不良反应轻微。
Objective To observe the therapeutical effects of Jew ear parasitized granula to primary hepatic carcinoma （PHC） and the affection to the patients＇ quality of life （QOL）. Methods Select 35 patients of primary hepatic carcinoma who give up antineoplaston, were prescripted of Jew ear parasitized granula for 3 - 5 months as their will ; the others 31 patients didn＇ t. Record the changes of pain in the liver region, abdominal distention, jaundice, blood routine, platelet, hepatic and renal function, AFP, CEA, CT and B uhrasound of liver, Kamofsky score and live span of the patients. Results There are significant deviation in the pain of liver region, abdominal distention, jaundice, and KPS score, there are no difference in the other index. Conclusion Jew ear parasitized granula can ameliorate the symptoms of the primary hepatic carcinoma patients, improve their QOL, with little adverse reaction.
