摘要
目的探讨槐耳颗粒联合XELOX方案治疗Ⅳ期大肠癌的疗效。方法 54例Ⅳ期大肠癌患者,随机分为试验组(给予槐耳颗粒联合XELOX化疗)和对照组(给予XELOX化疗),各27例,比较两组患者疗效、化疗不良反应及化疗前后生活质量的差异。结果试验组有效率85.2%高于对照组59.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损害和神经毒性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗1、3、4个周期后,试验组SF-36量表评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论槐耳颗粒可显著增强XELOX方案治疗Ⅳ期大肠癌患者疗效,显著改善Ⅳ期大肠癌患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate curative effect by Huaier granule combined with XELOX regimen in the treatment of stage Ⅳ colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 54 patients with stage Ⅳ colorectal cancer were randomly divided into experimental group（received Huaier granule combined with XELOX chemotherapy） and control group（received XELOX chemotherapy）, with 27 cases in each group. Comparison was made on curative effects, adverse reactions in chemotherapy and quality of life before and after chemotherapy between the two groups. Results The experimental group had higher effective rate as 85.2% than 59.3% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of myelosuppression, hepatorenal function damage and neurovirulence between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously higher SF-36 scale scores after 1, 3 and 4 cycles of chemotherapy than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huaier granule can remarkably enhance curative effect by XELOX regimen in treating stage Ⅳ colorectal cancer, along with excellent improvement of quality of life in patients with stage Ⅳ colorectal cancer.
