摘要
地方工科院校人才培养过程模式的改革,主要是指教学过程的组织模式与课程教学模式的改革。其中组织模式的改革主要包括采取大类招生、按需分流、实行“2+1+1”人才培养模式,课程教学模式改革主要包括教学内容、课程体系、实践教学、教学方法、教学手段、考试方法改革等。
The reform of talent cultivation process mode of local engineering colleges refers to the reform of organization mode of teaching process and course teaching mode. The reform of organization mode includes the enrollment according to the broad category, distribution according to the needs, realization of the ＂2＋ 1＋1＂ talent cultivation mode. The reform of course teaching mode includes the teaching content, course system, practice teaching, teaching method, teaching means and examination ways.
