摘要
以红参胡萝卜杂交一代及其双亲为材料,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续电泳技术,在生殖生长期分别对其吸收根、叶片、花蕾,进行了酯酶同工酶(EST)分析.结果表明,红参胡萝卜及双亲酯酶同工酶随着种株生长时间的推移而发生变化.不同阶段、不同器官的EST酶带按Rf值大小排列,共出现15条酶带,其中有4条保守酶带.红参胡萝卜酶带表现为双亲互补型,有1条在不同时期不同器官均有表达的杂种酶带,酶带清晰,与双亲不同.
Esterase isozymes of roots, leaves and flower buds at reproductive stage were analyzed in Daucus carota L. "Hongshen" and its parents by using the discontinuous system of ployacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicated that Daucus carota L. "Hongshen". and its parents had 15 EST bands in detected tissues at developmental stages which changed with the developmental stage, four of which were constant. Daucus carota L. "Hongshen" appeared parental complementary in EST bands and one of them expressed EST bands at different developmental stage in different tissues which was distinctive from its parents.
