萝卜几个亲本及杂种一代的四种同工酶分析 被引量:9

摘要 以萝卜3个不育系A1、A5、A6与2个自交系54、55号配组的6个F1代及亲本为材料,分别在营养生长期取根、叶,生殖生长期取茎生叶、花蕾,对酯酶(EST)、α-淀粉酶(α-Amylase)、细胞色素氧化酶(COD)、过氧化物酶(POD)进行比较研究。将各时期、各部位的同工酶酶带按Rf值大小排列,酯酶共有21条带,分为快、中、慢3个区;随着植株生长,α-淀粉酶的3条酶带Rf值有增加趋势;COD共有11条带,其中有Rf0.13和0.17两条保守酶带;POD共有8条带,有Rf0.17一条保守酶带。F1代与双亲各种酶谱相比大多表现为双亲互补型,没有发现杂种酶带。 Four isozymes including esterase (EST), α amylase, cytochrome (COD) and peroxidase (POD) of roots and leaves at vegetative stage, and of stem leaves and flower buds at reproductive stage were compared in six F 1 and their parent lines. After adding up the bands, which lined in Rf order, of all developmental stages and tissues, there were 24 bands divided into fast, middle and slow parts in EST. Rf of three bands in α amylase were ascended during plant growth; there were 11 bands in COD, two of which (Rf=0.13, 0.17) were constant; and there were 8 bands in POD, one of which (Rf=0.17) was constant. Zymograms of most F 1 hybrids are complementary pattern of parents. No hybrid bands was found.
