摘要
以全氟壬烯为氟溶剂,对物质的量的羧酸和醇的酯化反应进行了系统研究.在不移走生成物的条件下,酯与全氟壬烯能形成氟两相体系而脱离酯化可逆反应体系,促进反应平衡右移,使收率提高10%~47%,氟溶剂通过冷却和简单的相分离,就可回收并直接套用.氟溶剂在有机相中的损失小.在氟溶剂中的酯化反应回流温度有较大幅度的下降.
Esterification of various acids with various alcohols at equivalent molar ratio of acid to alcohol has been investigated, using perfluorous nonene as a fluorous solvent. This novel approach provided an increased the product yields by a magnitude of 10% to 47%. The use of perfluorous nonene solvent allowed the formation of a fluorous biphase system with the ester products thereby driving the esterification equilibrium to move rightly. The fluorous solvent could be recovered and reused by simple phase separation with little loss. In the esterification with fluorous solvent, the reflux temperatures were much lower.
