摘要
通过对Fe_2(SO_4)_3/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂制备方法的研究和对丙烯齐聚反应催化性能的考察,发现该催化剂在温和的反应条件下对丙烯齐聚反应具有高的活性和三聚、四聚选择性.通过氨不可逆吸附法测定催化剂的酸量及其与催化活性的关联,以及采用NaOH对催化剂中毒的方法考察催化剂性能的变化.认为在Fe_2(SO_4)_3/γ-Al_2O_3上丙烯齐聚反应是以酸催化机理进行的.
The preparation of Fe2 (SO4)3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst and its catalytic behavior forpropene oligomerization have been studied. Fe2 (SO4)3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by im-pregnating γ-Al2O3 in aqueous solution of Fe2 (SO4 )3 added with a small amount of FeSO4,the product was then calcined within the temperature range of 300-600℃ in dried air. Thecatalyst showed a maximum activity at Fe loading of 6-7w%. The conversion and the totalselectivity of trimers and tetramers of propene oligomerization reaction under 70℃, 2. 5MPaand 2h-1 (LHSV) were 88-93 % and 60-73%, respectively. Through ammonia irreversibleadsorption and NaOH poisoning, it is suggested that propene oligomerization over Fe2(SO4)3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst proceeds via an acid catalysis mechanism.
