摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,知识管理水平已经被越来越多的企业重视,但现有的知识管理水平评价方法存在很多不足之处:一是评价指标体系不完善;二是评价指标体系框架抽象单一,缺乏系统性,或者评价指标体系和评价过程过于复杂,可操作性不强;三是定量方法不足,不能反映企业的发展状况。文章从组织知识存量的层次结构及其动态过程的角度,对知识管理绩效评价的指标体系进行分析和设计,并运用模糊综合评价方法,建立绩效评价模型加以验证。
Along with the coming of knowledge economy time, more and more enterprises have attention the knowledge management level already. But now, there has much more deficiency of knowledge management level appraisal: The one is the appraisal target system is imperfect;The two is some appraisal target system frames abstract sole, lacks the systematic characteristic, the appraisal target system and the appraisal process too complex, and operational is insufficient; The three is the appraisal quota method is insufficient for the present knowledge management level. Therefore, this paper introduction fuzzy integration evaluating method, and used the example to confirm this method feasibility and the test, thus has provided a kind of new attempt for the enterprise knowledge management level of evaluation.
