摘要
随着我国海外移民要求国家承认双重国籍制度呼声的高涨,双重国籍问题在国内也引起了激烈的争论。根据双重国籍在国际上的最新发展,从法律和实践的角度,认为全球化时代双重国籍应为各国所接受,我国也应接受双重国籍制度。
Because more and more overseas Chinese ask Chinese Government to recognize the dual nationality, this issue has been keenly argued in China. From the perspective of law theory and practice, this article indicates, according to the latest development of dual nationality, that it＇s inevitable for the various countries to accept dual nationality in this age. Moreover, the authors also show the importance, need and feasibility of China recognizing dual nationality, and make the concerned legislation advice.
