摘要
近年来,关于双重国籍的问题,一直得到广泛的关注。新中国成立之初,为保护海外华人、华侨的利益,中国政府实行不承认双重国籍的政策。几十年过去了,中国面临的国际国内环境发生了很大变化,中国实行对外开放,应与时俱进,与世界接轨,当今世界承认双重国籍是世界潮流,中国应改革在国籍方面的制度。
