摘要
用庆大霉素(GM)损害鸡耳蜗后,间隔1~12d处死动物,透射电镜下观察耳蜗神经再生的过程。发现GM损害后有神经鞘膜松散、溃变及肿胀较明显。在恢复12d后,雪旺细胞增殖并吞噬髓鞘碎屑,巨噬细胞亦出现,但较少见。随后雪旺细胞外层成纤维细胞作为神经内膜层出现,发育成Bungner带状结构,而增殖成再生的髓鞘神经。再生的神经能基本达到正常结构形态。表明雪旺细胞在耳蜗神经再生中起主要作用;并就本研究的临床意义等进行讨论。
Gentamicin(GM)was injected in order to damage the chick's cochlea. After one to 12 days application of GM,the cochlear nerve regenerating processes were examined by the trans mission electron microscop.The results showed that the axoplasms of the cochlea nerve fibers swollen. The axons disappeared and myelin lamellae disrupted following GM administration.12 days later.the schwann cells began to proliferate and enclose myelin debris,and a few microphages appeared too. Then exterior fibrocytes of the schwann cells were found as endoneurial border.These cells developed Bungner's structure and proliferated new regenerating myelinated nerves.The regenerating nerves had normal structure. This study demonstrated that the schwann cells in play a important role the regeneration of cochlear nerve.
