摘要
研究了海藻酸钙包埋法固定米根霉在三相流化床反应器中间歇发酵生产L-乳酸的工艺。实验结果表明,固定化颗粒具有较好的重复使用效果;并考察了颗粒装填密度、通气量、糖浓度及温度对产酸速率的影响,在通气量大于1.0vvm、温度为39℃、糖浓度为(10~80)g/L的条件下,产酸速率达到20.6g/L·h,糖对L-乳酸的转化率为(70~80)%;
The L lactic acid production by R. oryzae immobilized in calcium alginate beads in a three phase fluidized bed bioreactor was studied. As a result, the immobilized cells were reused successfully for 6 batch cycles and retained their fermentation activity. The effects of the volume of beads packed in the bioreactor, aeration rate, concentration of glucose in the medium and temperature on fermentation were investigated. When the aeration rate was greater than 1.0 vvm, the concentration of glucose was about 10 ̄80 g/L and the temperature was 39℃,the production rate reached to 20.6 g/(1 beads·h) and the yield was 70 ̄80 g L lactic acid/100 g glucose consumed. Mathematical model of concentration of glucose and temperature on fermentation rate was established.
