摘要
以米根霉（ＲｈｉｚｏｐｕｓＯｒｙｚａｅ）突变株Ｒ－１８８为菌种，直接用玉米粉为原料，在７００Ｌ发酵罐连续进行四批Ｌ－乳酸钙生产试验．平均发酵单耗为每ｋｇＬ－乳酸钙耗玉粉１．０３ｋｇ；平均产酸０．９５２ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，产酸速率为１．１８ｇ·Ｌ－１·ｈ－１．Ｌ－乳酸钙平均提取率为８１．８％．
With R-188 the mutant of Rhizopus oryzae as strain and corn powder as raw material, four successive tests of -calcium lactate production are carried out on a fermentation tank of 700 litre. The results show an average lactic acid yeild of 0. 95 mol. L-1, a volumetric productivity of 1. 18 g.L-1.h-1, a corn consumption of 1. 03 kg per kg of L-calcium lactate, and an average extraction tate of 81. 8 %.
