摘要
在大学管理中巧妙运用权变思想,将权变的智慧体现在大学的管理之中,能使大学管理充满人性化和智慧的光芒。权变理论在大学管理中的运用主要体现在大学与社会的关系、大学与政府宏观管理的关系、大学内部党政关系以及学术权力和行政权力的关系等方面。
The paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of applying the contingency theory in the university management. The application of the contingency theory is mainly manifested in the relationships between university and society, between university and the government macro-administration, between the Party committee and administrative power inside the university and between the academic power and administrative power.
