摘要
立法,作为实现国家主权的重要途径,既需要保持其独立性,又要与全球化、与国际立法接轨;既要在立法方面符合中国国情,又要符合全球化所要求的公理、原则;既要发挥全球化为中国立法提供的理论资源优势,又要防止西方法学思想的“殖民化”。
