全球化是一个经济过程,更是一个体现社会结构变迁的社会化过程。阐述了在经济全球化进程中,法律受到的强烈影响和严峻考验。法律全球化也正在不断深入和发展。在法律全球化浪潮中,认为我们必须善于吸收和借鉴他国已有的成功经验,努力与国际接轨,为中国经济走向世界创造良好的法律环境。
