摘要 目的:可降解支架在组织工程研究中起着很重要的作用,综述生物可降解聚合物聚羟基丁酸支架在组织工程中的应用进展。资料来源:应用计算机检索EI和Elsevier数据库中1998-01/2006-03关于聚羟基丁酸酯支架在组织工程中的应用的文章。检索词“tissueengineering,scaffold,Polyhydroxybutyrate”并限定语种类为English。同时利用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1998-01/2006-03的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“组织工程支架,聚羟基丁酸酯”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入标准:关于组织工程支架的特点及聚羟基丁酸支架在组织工程中的具体应用研究。排除标准:重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到符合上述要求的文献62篇,排除39篇重复性研究。23篇符合纳入标准:其中4篇关于组织工程支架及聚羟基丁酸酯的特性,19篇关于聚羟基丁酸酯支架在具体组织的应用研究。资料综合:聚羟基丁酸酯作为天然的热塑性高聚物,其本身具有组织工程用支架材料的优良性质。大量的实验研究表明聚羟基丁酸酯支架在软骨、骨、皮肤、血管、神经等组织的修复中,细胞在其支架上有着良好的生长,缺损的组织可以达到预期修复的效果。结论:聚羟基丁酸酯支架在组织工程中有着巨大的应用潜力。 OBJECTIVE: Biodegradable scaffold play an important role in tissue engineering. To review the progress in the application of biodegradable polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) in the tissue engineering. DATA SOURCES: The relevant articles of the application of PHB in the tissue engineering published between January 1998 and March 2006 were searched for in EI and Elsevier databases with the key words of "tissue engineering,scaffold,Polyhydroxybutyrate" in English. Simultaneously, the China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) was undertaken to identify the related articles of published from January 1998 to March 2006 with the key words of "scaffolds for tissue engineering, polyhydroxybutyrate" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The data were selected firstly, inclusive criteria: the articles of feature of scaffolds for tissue engineering as well as the concrete application of PHB scaffolds for tissue engineering. Exclusive criterion: repetitive research. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 62 literatures in accordance with the above criteria were collected, and 23 were selected, 39 of them were excluded due to the repetition of the same research. Among selected literatures, 4 were reviews of the characteristics of scaffolds for tissue engineering and PHB, 19 were investigation of application of in different tissue for PHB scaffolds. DATA SYNTHESIS: PHB, as a natural themoplastic polymer, had good properties with materials used for tissue engineering scaffolds. Lots of experiments showed that when PHB scaffolds could be applied in the tissue engineering of cartilage, bone, derma, vessel nerve and so on, and cell could grow well on scaffolds surface and the damaged tissue could be restored. CONCLUSION: PHB scaffolds have a great applied potential in the tissue engineering.
