摘要
本文对第三方物流和企业竞争力的内涵作了简单的解析，阐述了第三方物流对提升企业竞争力的作用，指出了妨碍物流外包企业将物流业务委托给第三方物流企业的主要障碍，进而提出了加强企业与第三方物流企业合作的建议。这对于企业为适应激烈的竞争环境，通过与第三方物流企业合作提升自己的竞争力具有重要的意义。
This paper makes an analysis of the meaning of third side commodity flow and enterprises＇ competitive power, then explains the function of the former in lifting the latter, and it further points out some of the major obstacles that block exporting enterprises from entrusting third side commodity flow companies with the commodity flow business. And finally some cooperative advices are put forward in favor of the cooperation between enterprises and third side commodity flow companies, which are significant to enterprises to lift their competitive power by way of cooperating with third side commodity flow companies.
