摘要
从物流外包的概念入手,分析了物流外包对企业管理、信息以及市场等方面风险形成的机理,并简要提出四个方面的防范措施。
Based on the concept of logistics outsourcing, the paper analyzes the forming mechanism of risk in enterprise management, information and market which derived from logistics outsourcing and puts forward four protective countermeasures.
