摘要
为实现建成一个功能先进、质量好、投资省的实验室建设项目,进行项目建设全过程的科学管理具有决定性作用。该文结合实验室项目建设的实践,对项目决策阶段的项目策划和项目实施阶段的项目控制工作进行了有益的讨论,并指出,通过正确的项目策划和项目控制可为项目的决策和实施增值。
It has an important roll for scientific management of overall process to achieve an advanced laboratory project with high quality and low investment, The project control in implementation process and the project plan in decision stage were carried out on the basis of the experience of laboratory project building and it also proposed that the increment of value can be realized by the proper project plan and control.
