摘要
从高校建设项目特点出发,讨论了高校代建项目代建合同的结构类型,并指出了现阶段我国高校代建项目应采用的代建合同结构类型以及代建合同的主要内容,以促进高校建设的发展。
The paper started from the characteristics of college construction engineering, the structural types of college substitute construction engineering contract were discussed. The present substitute contract structural type and principal content in Chinese colleges were pointed, so as to promote development of college construction.
