摘要
利用微小型机床进行三维微小零件的微细切削加工是一项新兴的制造技术。超声电机是利用压电陶瓷材料激发超声波实现驱动的一种新型电机,与传统的电磁电机相比具有许多优点。文章介绍一种由超声电机直接驱动的微小型机床进给系统,对机床进给系统的定位精度和伺服刚度进行了实验分析。同时,利用该微小型机床加工了一个20μm×450μm×7000μm的薄壁结构。这些实验结果表明,超声电机应用于微小型机床进给系统是可行的。
Micro-cutting by miniature machine tools is an emerging fabrication technology for manufacturing three-dimensional miniature parts. Ultrasonic motors are a new type of actuator using ultrasonic wave stimulated by piezoelectric ceramics, they have many advantages in comparison with conventional electromagnetic motors. This paper presents a kind of miniature machine tool's feeding system directly driven by ultrasonic motors and makes experimental analysis of both positioning accuracy and rigidity of the feeding system. Meanwhile, it gives a test result of the machined thin (201μm × 450μm × 7000μm) wall by the miniature machine tool. The results indicated that the application of ultrasonic motors to miniature machine tool's feeding system is feasible.
