摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定元胡止痛片中延胡索乙素含量的方法。采用ZORBAXSB C18色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸（60：40），检测波长为281nm，流速0．8ml·min^-1，柱温为室温。延胡索乙素在0．16～O．96μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均加样回收率为99．39％，RSD为0．93％（n=5）。该方法快速简便，准确可靠，灵敏度高，可用于元胡止痛片的质量控制。
A HPLC--method was established for determination of dl--tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong Tablets. A ZORBAXSB C18 column was used with methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid （60 ： 40） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8ml · min^-1 at the room temperature and the detection wavelength was 281nm. The calibration curve was at the range of 0. 16 to 0.96μg （r=0. 9999）, and the average recovery was 99.39% and RSD=0. 93% （n=5）. The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of this preparation.
