摘要
建立中成药骨刺祛痛膏含量测定的方法。采用气相色谱法测定樟脑的含量。樟脑的线性范围为2.9～34.9μg，相关系数r=0．9998，平均加样回收率为98．23％，RSD=2．399／5，该方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点，可用于本品的质量控制。
A GC method was established for content determination of camphor in a prepared Chinese traditional medicine Guciqutong Pemplastrum （pain-releasing ointment for bony spur）. The linear range was within 2. 9-34.9 μg with correlation coefficient of 0. 9998. The average recovery rate was 98. 23% and RSD was 2.39%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate. It could be used in the quality control of Guciqutong Pemplastrum.
