摘要
以L-苯丙氨酸为手性添加剂,硫酸铜为络合剂,用常规的反相高效液相色谱法拆分6,7-二甲氧基-1,2,3,4-四氢-异喹啉-3-羧酸。并研究了L-苯丙氨酸与Cu2+的配比、流动相pH和甲醇比例、柱温等因素对该对映体保留特性和分离度的影响。
The enantiomeric resolution of 6,7-dimethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-isoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid was studied by RP-HPLC with L-phenylalanine as chiral mobile phase additive and cupric sulfate as complexing agent. The effects of the ratio of L- phenylalanine to Cu^2+, pH of chiral mobile phase, concentrations of methanol, and temperature on separation were studied.
