摘要
用X射线衍射、背散射电子像、钴磁计、矫顽磁力计等分析手段研究了真空烧结Ti(CN)基金属陶瓷合金的成分、晶格常数与其饱和磁化强度及矫顽磁力的关系。试验结果表明:金属陶瓷合金的饱和磁化强度和矫顽磁力随着合金中碳、氮、氧总含量的增加而增大;金属陶瓷的饱和磁化强度和矫顽磁力具有很强的正相关性。饱和磁化强度能用来表征金属陶瓷合金中碳、氮和氧总量的变化;矫顽磁力不能作为评价金属陶瓷硬质相颗粒大小的判据。金属陶瓷合金的饱和磁化强度与钴镍粘结相固溶体的晶格常数成反比;合金中碳、氮、氧总含量较低时,金属陶瓷合金没有磁性。
Using X ray, back scattered electrons, cobalt magnetism meter and coercive force meter, the compositions, lattice constant, saturation magnetization and coercive force of vacuum sintered Ti(CN) base cermets were studied. The test results indicate thal the saturation magnetization and coercive force increase with increasing total content of carbon, nitrogen and oxygen in the alloys. The saturation magnetization and coercive force have strong positive correlativity and may be used to characterize the change of its carbon, nitrogen and oxygen. The coercive force can't be used as a criterion to estimate the grain size in the alloys. The saturation magnetization of Ti (CN) base cermets reduces with the increasing of lattice constant of binder phase solid solution. If total content of carbon, nitrogen and oxygen is low enough, the Ti(CN) base cermets have no magnetism.
