摘要
用背散射电子像、钴磁仪、矫顽磁力计、化学分析等手段研究了真空烧结金属陶瓷合金的成分、晶格常数与其钴磁及矫顽磁力的关系。试验结果表明:金属陶瓷合金的钴磁和矫顽磁力随着合金中碳、氮、氧总含量的增加而增大;金属陶瓷的钴磁和矫顽磁力具有很强的正相关性。钴磁能用来表征金属陶瓷合金中碳、氮和氧总量的变化;矫顽磁力不能作为评价金属陶瓷硬质相颗粒大小的判据。碳、氮、氧总含量较低时,金属陶瓷合金没有磁性。
Using back scattered electrons, Co-% magnetism meter, coercive force meter and chemical analysis etc, the compositions, Co-% magnetism and coercive force of vacuum sintering cermets are studied. The test result indicating: The Co-% magnetism and coercive force augment with the increasing the gross of the carbon, nitrogen and oxygen in the alloy. The Co-% magnetism and coercive force have deep positive correlation and may be used to characterize the change of its carbon, nitrogen and oxygen. The coercive force can't be used as a criterion to estimate the grain size of the alloys. If the gross of the carbon, nitrogen and oxygen is low enough, the cermets have no magnetism.
