摘要
目前高等职业学院商务文秘专业教师多数是从汉语语言文学专业转过来的,对社会需求的技术技能缺乏切身体会,对商务知识缺乏认识,在评估学生未来职业能力方面也缺乏可靠方法。本文从成绩的价值、评估参与者、实践教学评估等方面论述了高职商务文秘专业内部学业评估。
Since most teachers in the business secretary major in vocational colleges used to study and teach the Chinese language and literature, they lack related theory and personal experience in the field of secretarial profession. It is natural that they are short of reliable ways to measure their students' potential of being a secretary. When no workable evaluation system is available, the essay is aimed to illustrates the establishment of the inner evaluation system for the potential of the future secretaries from the value of their achievement, participants and performance in practical training.
