摘要
一流高职院校是在比较中形成的一个群体,具有群体共有的一些基本特征:包括与时俱进又适度超前的办学理念、健全有效的制度等软特征;充足的办学经费与先进的实训条件、多元多能的师资队伍等投入特征;一流的专业与课程、一流的毕业生就业、一流的应用科技开发与社会服务等产出特征。
The first-class higher vocational colleges, formed in comparison, are a group with certain common basic char-acteristics, including：soft characteristics such as a sound and effective management system, and a philosophy of educa-tion which follows closely with and keeps one step ahead of the times;input characteristics such as ample funds, ad-vanced training conditions, and pluralistic and multi-competent teaching staffs;output characteristics such as first-class specialties and curricula, first-class employment rate, and first-class scientific and technological development and so-cial services.
