摘要 生物芯片技术是一种全新的微量分析技术。综述了生物芯片技术的基本原理和生物芯片制备的一般流程,并概要的介绍了生物芯片技术在食品检测中的研究概况,同时分析了生物芯片技术在应用时需要解决的技术障碍,旨在为生物芯片技术在食品检测中的研究提供一些借鉴。 Biochip technique is a fire-new microanalysis method. Basic fundamentals of biochip technique and sample preparation process are summarized. Biochip technique study in food detection is outlined. Technology obstacles are analyzed when biochip technique is used. It aims to use for reference in food detection.
