摘要
近些年来,蜂产品中各种抗生素残留严重。抗生素的残留,一方面对人体产生了严重的副作用;另一方面也限制了我国蜂产品的出口。为了进一步提高我国蜂产品生产质量以及克服蜂产品出口所遭遇的种种绿色壁垒,加强对抗生素使用、残留检测研究势在必行。
Serious drug residues in bee products are made by the abuse of antibiotics. It makes a serious side effect on human body as well as limits on the export volume of China＇s Bee Products. In order to enhance the quality of China＇s Bee Products and overcome green barriers for exports, the research on the antibiotic use and detection of antibiotic residues in bee products will be strengthened. This paper reviews the general situation of the research on them.
