摘要
目的对γ射线照射后发生急性白血病的4例患者进行病因学判断。方法应用《放射性肿瘤诊断标准》(GBZ 97—2002)和美国电离辐射生物效应委员会第5号报告(BEIR V)的方法计算病因概率(PC)。结果根据上述两种方法,4例患者的PC值分别为98.9%vs 99.5%、98.5%vs 99.6%、81.6%vs 94.3%和91.1%vs 99.9%。结论4例PC值均≥50%,根据GBZ 97—2002,上述患者均可诊断为放射性肿瘤。对两种计算方法的差别进行了讨论。
Objective To determine the causation for 4 cases of acute leukemia who were previously exposed to gamma-ray. Method The probability of causation (PC) was calculated with corresponding models described in Diagnostic criteria for radiogenic neoplasms (GBZ 97-2002) and Report V of Committee on the Biological Effects of Ionizing Radiations (BEIR V). Result According to the two models mentioned above, the PC in these four casaes were 98.9% vs 99.5%, 98.5% vs 99.6%, 81.6% vs 94.3% and 91.1% vs 99.9%, respectively. Conclusion Since the PC values in these four cases all exceeded 50% and well met the criteria of GBZ 97- 2002, all the cases mentioned above could be diagnosed as radiogenic neoplasms. Moreover, the difference between two methods for PC calculation was also briefly discussed in the paper.
