摘要
需要是人进行活动的基本动力,是个性形成的动力基础。在大学生成才成长的过程中,大学生的需要观念直接影响着其世界观、人生观和价值观的形成。根据当前大学生需要心理的特点,加强对大学生需要心理的引导可以从引导大学生提出和构建自身的人生追求、正确处理好索取与奉献的关系、正确评价自己的合理需要和正确抉择需要、引导大学生感受幸福和创造幸福、选择满足需要的正当方式以及引导大学生自觉调节需要层次等方面去进行。
Need is the basic power of man＇s common activities and the power fundament of man＇s personality. In the procedure of developing and empowering of the college students, their concepts of need have a direct impact on the shaping of their viewpoints of the world, life and value. In order to reach the goals of strengthen the directions of the need psychology of present college students according to the psychological characteristics of need of them, it is good leading them to determine and construct their own life pursuits, to deal well with the relationship between gain and take, to assess their own reasonable need and choose the right need, to feel the happiness and to create happiness, to elect the suitable ways to satisfy their need and take a self - adjustment for need＇s levels.
