摘要 电力改革的深化,使供电市场的竞争愈演愈烈,而单纯的从技术条件、电力产品本身降低电力成本的空间已非常有限,因此要进一步加强内部管理,研究从企业的运作机制、工程流程上寻找突破口。通过归并、清理、整合非增值环节和运作方式,形成更为清晰、流畅的生产经营营运体系,进而最大限度地提高企业的工作效率和经济效益。 With the deepening of the reform in power industry and the keenness of the competition on power supply markets, it's very difficult to cut down the costs of electric products only through improving technical conditions and decreasing the cost of electric product itself. Hence, it is necessary to enhance the management of the business in its inner part and find a breakthrough in its running mechanism and engineering process. A even more distinct and fluent producing and running system will be formed by way of merging, removing and restructuring nonvalue-added links and running method. In this way, the efficiency and economic benefit of a buainess will be raised greatly.
