摘要
本文以组建中的广州自来水仪器仪表公司为研究对象,为使新成立的公司能正常发展,从管理质量的角度,提出采用标杆瞄准的方法,改进管理,提高管理质量。
Guangzhou Water Instrument and Meter Company is a newly found company.In order to make sure its development,the author give some advice of how to enhance its management quality.In the prossess of discussing,the author mainly uses the theory of benchmarking.
