摘要
对土壤主要杂草种子库的动态变化进行了研究,结果表明:1)随土壤深度的增加种子含量呈下降趋势,绝大部分种子分布在0~15cm的土壤中。2)在高寒地区种子繁殖植物种子库的输出主要发生在5—6月,种子库种子1龄时大量输出,3龄、4龄时输出很少。3)一年生或二年生杂草在3龄、4龄草地中几乎“消失”,并不是土壤中缺乏种子。4)种子库中种子的生活力除灰绿藜Chenopodium glaucum外均大于90%。5)人工草地早期出现的多年生杂草种子发芽率高。
The weeds gravely harm the quality and quantity of the first-and the second-year old cultivated grassland while they almost disappear in thir&or forth-year-old grassland. To learn the reason and the relation of the seed bank and the succession of the weeds, we studied the seed bank and its in- put and output. The results are as follows. 1) The seeds decrease as the depth of soil increases and most seeds are in the 0~15 cm soil. 2) The output of seed bank in alpine area is mainly during May and June. The seed output largely in one-year-old grassland and little in the three-year-old and four- year-old. 3) The reason why weeds almost disappear in third-and forth-year-old grassland is not lack of seeds. 4) The germination rate of the weeds with the exception of Chenopodium glaucum is more than 90%. 5)The potential germination of the perennial weeds is high.
