摘要
对香薷Elshoitzia ciliata有效成分的提取和抑菌活性进行了研究。通过试验确定了最佳的提取条件,共分离鉴定出了38种化学成分,占总提取物的94.38%,且提取物对常见细菌有一定的抑制作用。研究为庆阳香薷在医药、食品和饲料等领域中的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。
The extraction and antibacterial activity of active constituents of Elshoitzia cillata in Qingyang was studied. By the experiment, the optimum extracting conditions were determined, 38 components were separated and identified which accounted for 94. 38% of the total extractive, and the extractive had certain antibacterial activities to some common bacteria. The scientific foundations were provided further to exploit and utilize E. ciliata of Qingyang in the fields of medicine, food, fodder and so on.
